Wow, just finished reading a paper on planes in World War 1. Its very interesting, so here is a summary of what I read:
<Planes had two types: pusher and tractor
<Tractor has the propellor behind the pilot; pusher has the propellor in front
<Uses were reconnaissance, bombing, and dogfighting
<Reconnaisance was most popular thing
<Zeppelins blew up, so people decided to use planes
Alright cool. That's basically a shortened version.

I think it was pretty comfy. For someone who used have a strong interest in ancient and renaissance history I appreciated his mixing of examples from antiquity and his own time to illustrate his examples in a clear fashion.
