Good lord... has any race ever lived rent-free in another race's head as much as the Jews have lived in the heads of the Europeans?
Europeans have been absolutely obsessed with Jews.

Would Spain be considered white if they're still muslim?
>>3043589
No one outside of /pol/ considers Albanians or Bosnians to be non white.
>>3043589
There's no such thing as white. If you're asking whether they'd be considered Caucasian then that depends on genetics not religion

Who are the Sikh and why are they so well regarded on 4chan?
Because they are bro tier
>>3043583
Bro tier
Because they're the only brown people of the last four decades who adopted the old "I like baseball and bbq and alcohol america fuck yeah" mode of assimilation that European immigrants of yesteryear practiced and succeeded at it.

Outline or post interesting trivia about a person, event, object, place, etc. from the past
Narmer/Menes (b. between 3100 BC - 3000 BC)
>united Egypt into a single state and became the first pharaoh
>known by two names (Narmer and Menes) because he has been referred to as both names throughout history
>the two names are still thought to be two separate people by some historians (Menes->first pharaoh, Narmer->united Egypt) but most agree that there is enough evidence to conclude that they were the same person
>he is likely the oldest known confirmed-to-exist human, with a name, in recorded history
>to the ancient Egyptians, he was the beginning of their history, so everything before him is recorded down as "legend" which makes it really difficult to figure out Egypt's history before the first pharaoh and his actions
>is credited with founding the city of Memphis and diverting the flow of the Nile in order to build it
>also credited with being the inventor of writing for the Egyptians
>had a very long life (62 year reign)
>was killed not by old age, disease, assassination, or war... but by a hippo while he was out hunting at the age of 90-100 years old
>was buried in his tomb next to another tomb with 10 donkeys for unknown reasons, though possibly similar to other kings who had their court sacrificed and buried with them... except this time it was just a bunch of donkeys
NOTE: Mostly everything we know about the first Pharaoh of Egypt is based on texts written thousands of years after his death. We still can't be 100% certain that Menes and Narmer are the same guy, but it seems likely that the man who united Egypt would go on to rule over it first.
He was definitely an alien

What's a good general history book for Japan? I'm reading pic related for an overview for China and I'm enjoying it, and I want to learn more about Japan.
Rise and Fall of the Japanese Empire by John Toland. Everything else outside of Heian or Sengoku periods is shit nobody cares about aside from Nihonjinron specialists.
I quite like how reading a book on Chinese history has made you interested in Japanese history.

>Everything else outside of Heian or Sengoku periods is shit nobody cares about aside from Nihonjinron specialists.
Not true. Those two are the main big ones, but the Asuka period is also pretty interesting. Taika reform, Soga clan corruption and introduction of Buddhism.
In the United States we are usually taught that the treaty was too harsh. Is this true? Or was the treaty not harsh enough?
the very idea of a punitive treaty is retarded if your goal is to stop war.

It was a case of being too in the middle. If they had just taken all their heavy industrial equipment, annexed everything west of the Rhine, broke up the German government and created a bunch of kingdoms and duchies in the Empires place, things like that, it may have crippled the Germans enough to prevent anything like Nazi Germany from happening.
What point is this trying to prove?

Burn a Bible and Christians will be mad, they'll even curse the person doing it, but in the end they know Jesus is their bro and that's all that matters.
Burn a Quran and Muslims are ready to inflict violence.
>>3041945
You would get stoned to death or beheaded for destroying a bible here.
>>3041960
Where?
Well Christians have inflicted acts of terrorism upon those they consider heretics, example being those cinemas in france bombed because they showed 'The Last temptation of christ'.
In terms of Islam, they get really offended because to them The Holy Quran is The word of God, it is the The Word.
