It's quite the opposite.
These are all superficial things, any attempt at portraying excellence through them is a desperate attempt to hide the fact that you're boring as fuck.
How do you know that those houses aren't occupied by great thinkers and enlightened individuals?
Don't get me wrong the suburbs are basically a place where people to go to die, intellectually, but it's not because of the architecture.
