I can't find any information about what weapons ruskies used in the middle ages, particularly about 14th-15th century.

Anyone can enlighten me?

Slavs basically copy pasted weapons from the west.
Basic swords, axes and spears.

Good question, this guy, (elected) king Jiří z Poděbrad of Bohemia wanted to create european-union-like thing, primarily as defensive aliance against Turks, but he also wanted to stop the wars and work for the common interest of all christians. He even sent diplomatic mission of several hundred knight to ride around the Eruope and to spread his idea. Sadly, (((nobles))) and (((clergy))) wanted to keep the power so he failed.

The idiocy of these is so transparent it's painful. How were these meant to be a good idea?

Why didn't this happen in 1919? Why did the Europeans allow the Turks to keep so much undeserved land? Why were the Kurds & Assyrians betrayed?

There's no such thing as Kurds, they're a bunch of leftover mountain raiders form the Turko-mongol invasions that don't really fit in here or there, so they call themselves Kurds. There's no one Kurdish people, Sorani Kurd and gorani kurdish are mutually unintelligible.

Contrary to what Kurds say, they are not indigenous to the area, theyre just nomadic mountain raiders, who invade an area, drive off or kill the native assyrian or armenian inhabitants, and then call the land "ancient kurdish territory".

Anyone from the middle east, whether you're Iraqi, Syrian, Turkish or Iranian, will tell you Kurds are just a bunch of tribal mountain savages who regularly engage in terrorism and sabotage, it's the one thing all four of these people will always agree on. Yet westerners seem to have it in their heads that Kurds are some advanced libertarian western proponents of civilisation, thanks to the israeli jewish propaganda.

Why do stormtards and libtards alike pretend like Hitler was some racist white nationalist, when he was a German nationalist who supported non-whites across the world against white imperialism

>"hurr dirr Hitler killed more whites than anyone else in history"

Hitler was never a white nationalist, he cared about Germany and only Germany, he didn't give a shut about other "white" countries.

The term "white" is an American sociopolitical invention because it's a mongrel state and the various European ethnicities melded together. In Europe proper, the differences are far more defined.

I should one day visit Vinca and a similar site in Serbia on the Danube called Lepenski Vir. But I doubt they have anything in terms of guides or at least some sort of half-informed local to talk you through it. Seems a shame, Vinca is is about 20 minutes car ride from where I live, and I never got round to go there

How did ancient armies eat? One website, for example, says that Greek soldiers ate bread, cheese, and olives. How did they stop the bread from going stale or moldy? Did they have giant jars of brine for the olives and cheese? Did they bring sheep and goats with them to make cheese as they went along? And what about countries that ate rice instead of bread, how did they cook it all on the spot?

There's some level of preservation like dipping meat or fruit in shitloads of salt. But there's a reason why armies travel around with livestock instead of chunks of meat, and why armies made their own freakin bread.

>And what about countries that ate rice instead of bread, how did they cook it all on the spot?
Uh, yeah? They obviously carried rice grains around instead of cooked rice.

The Chinese created the tried and tested method for carrying rice on the march: a tube sack filled with rice and knotted at intervals, with each knot representing a day's ration of rice. Although the Chinese were also a wheat culture and also carried flour and grain with them.

That tube shit was used all over in Chinese-influenced cultures in Japan (pic related), Korea, and Vietnam. Hell the Vietcong guerillas carried rice like that.
>>
It all depends of course, but in general...

Cheese and meat were in ancient times for soldiers, but I do know Roman soldiers carried all their own food (while on march) including equipment to bake bread themselves. Grain lasts longer obviously.
