Why do people like to think they learned so much about history from this video? The video is intended to be entertaining, which I agree that it is. It doesn't go into depth about the topics, so you're left without having learned all that much.

1) You do realize that the “famed German efficiency” is a myth, and that you had a smattering of different bureaucrats who were trying to compete for Hitler's favor, some by mass executions, some by production?
2) Because the term “holocaust” hadn't been associated with the mass killings yet. Churchill, by the way, does mention that. For instance

3)Because “Auschwitz” wasn't a single camp so much as a collection of over 50 camps, not all of which were stuffed with Jews ot be exterminated. The brothel, for instance, was primarily for the use of the SS staff.

4) Because A) “German efficiency” is largely a myth, B) You had a rather significant number of Jews from nominally allied nations such as Hungary and Romania where the SS had no jurisdiction, and C) Einsatzgruppen units who had embarked on wholesale massacres had notably higher rates of erratic behavior and alcoholism, something they wanted to cut down on.

Black Hebrew Israelites are an amalgamation of a number of fringe movements, over the century they've existed they've absorbed Moorish Scientist, Nation of Islam, 5%ers, Kemetic, Afro Asiatics, Black Indian fringe faiths so while very few actually practice these faiths their presence over time has changed and altered the self perception of many black people.

To put it another way as most black people have come to honestly understand white supremacy and the effects of it many have turned to these groups for guidance because they've been around for decades telling black people to not seek white validation.

It barely scratched the surface. The 2002 mini-series was disappointing as fuck. There needs to be SERIOUS budget, a talented cast, AND production that can bring the Napoleonic era to life.

There's a lot to discuss in terms of causes of decline, but I'll just name one in particular that I've come to memorize.
