Does censorship ruin or take away in hentai for /h/?

I've never been a fan of censorship, but over the years I've grown to be used to it. Most of my downloaded hentai are uncensored though.

Of course. I mean, hentai vaginas aren't exactly a huge pleasure to look at, but the censoring is still bugging me. If not for aesthetics then for the fact that an artist's work and a fappers porn is getting censored for no other reason than bogus morality.

Depends on the type of censorship and how zoomed in the picture is.

Small, almost transparent bars on the dick, I find a non-issue. Multiple heavy black bars, however, are an annoyance.

Light saber censorship and mosaics, I can deal with if they are zoomed out. If it zoomed in so much that it covers about 60-90% of the screen/panel however is an eyebrow raiser.

Sometimes they are fairly decently drawn, though, like in Bible Black. I think, animators already know that their stuff is getting censored so they don't bother much with detailed genitalia. Btw. the most turn off isn't really the censorship but the ridiculous anatomy of characters in many hentai movies (like having an anus miles away from the vagina....). Just give those animators a bloody anatomy crash course...

Censorship in H mangas should be banned though, especially light sabers and phantom penises. But I can/have to live with black/white bars.

There were times where I wish the Japanese would rise up and take down that "censorship or adult anime" law. But then I stopped myself when I realized; it's the Japanese we're talking about.
