That's the trick to using a canon character "faceclaim". Use enough similar looking fan art that you can get away with saying they're the same character.

I personally think that a Mojo should have more to do with appearence than with personality, because the latter is the one that seems to change the most. Some might be lewd like Tomoko, but others might have a more serious and cool personality like Fuwa Hyouka, or even yandere or tsundere complex.
But in the end, what makes them a Mojo is their appearence: Dark messy hair and eyebags. As long as the characters has those two features, the rest doesn't matter (even if they dress as goths or lolitas).

And answering your question, no, I don't think the girl in that doujinshi counts as a Mojo, it's just a yandere type imo.

I've known him since a very early age since we were neighbors growing up and went to the same primary school. He was always the cheeky kid hitting on moms and teachers. He was the go-to kid for all the porn (internet access was not common yet) when puberty hit our group of friends as well. He's definitely a creep but he gets away with it by being attractive, /fit/ and well educated on top of having a well-paid job.
