Since Shikishiro likes to make stupid expressions, twisting the words meant to be serious into funny lines would really help make this series interesting. As long as it the added dialogue doesn't go too far out of context, it will be fine.

I could populate the pages with how the translation is now however I just want to avoid a lot of rework.

I have feeling I mistranslated stuff here and there because I did this one rather quick, the actual time it took for me excluding transcribing.
