There won't be an english anything about it. For a long, long time. Possibly never. Best thing you can do is run machine translations or learn japanese. There is walkthroughs on the internet though they're in japanese as well.

All that I patched in RQ was the gameplay stuff, a couple things that come up repeatedly and a few scenes. A couple other people translated some of the first few scenes. Originally there was a group that didn't want to help (said they knew how to get transparency working) and then they fucked off with translations instead. Then /vg/ came along and typical tripfags attention whored about translating without actually accomplishing anything. I played the fuck out of the browser original version of sim brothel and tried to play some of the newer stand alone versions but development for this game is messy as fuck, so many different versions half completed, so many developers, does anyone know of a good stable build of a version of Sim brothel?

Only goes up to 2012. But I do see the update on google, as you indicate. But it's not even close to the highest ranked result (the wiki page is). And the game itself alleges to tell you what the most recent version is versus your own, but it does not report this update you point out.

In any case, the game is kind of a let-down. Basically someone took their /d/ folder and decided to put a narrative to it. An amusing idea, but when half the art is 12-year-old fan-art tier and has no consistent style even across one character, it kind of fails on being fappable. To me, anyway. My primary interest in it is simply in cranking out the big numbers and stacking things on the slaves. But it runs dry fairly quick, as it's pretty much the same mechanics for every slave with nominal differences and frequently no extra content or story (not that the existing writing is amazing, but at least it surpasses the art one typically sees).

So, yeah, this would be badass if it had a consistent art style. But it doesn't, so it isn't.
