in my experience, if you delete your cookies then go to ehentai, log in then go to ex hentai, you can get past the panda no problem. just don't try to go to ex hentai before logging in at e hentai or else you have to start over.

Although I think you have to level up on e-hentai forums first. You can do this by making two forum posts. Which promotes you to the recruits group, then you may just have to wait a few days and you should have access through the way you posted.
