There's a lot of J-music from the 70s and 80s that exists on JPS but not WCD. I went on a downloading spree and grabbed a bunch of old jazz from JPS, nearly most of it i could share to what as well.
If you trust using someone else's vinyl rip, or don't mind fixing a bunch of bad tags it's definitely worth it. Plus if you have enough space or a seedbox, its very easy to exploit bonus points system and then be able to download nearly anything you want on JPS

Most reputable trackers have an announce channel where a bot reads off new torrents as they are uploaded to the site. You have to check wiki for more information. The most commonly used method of downloading the file is autodl-irssi which integrates with rtorrent/rutorrent.
