It's a pretty weak card compared to the r9 series, but it handles gta v on low/medium mixed settings just fine @ 60fps.
I mainly use it for steam shit like magicka 2, planetary annihilation, and l4d2.
I got unlucky though, I bought an asus that can't overclock more than 4% and runs hot as fuck at stock. I recommend better brands like gigabyte, powercolor, Sapphire, or MSI.
