It knows tech and hacking better than most TV shows, but that's really not saying much. At times that Anarchist bullshit gets a little thick, but overall it's a pretty great psychological thriller and drama.
No boss, I'm a greybeard without a future in management.
You appear to be mistaken, I don't use a DE. Too much bloat, you know
It's called the Java Desktop System™ on real operating systems, shitdick.
It seems like a promising cyberpunk thriller at first, but then it keeps having these really convenient plot twists (even one ripped off from Fight Club). Not to mention it has unnecessary homosexual scenes.
tl;dr: Don't watch it.
I like the show, but Jesus Christ the plot twists are autistic as fuck
The beginning of the next season will reveal that it's all a dream, he's actually a woman, and he's actually dead
Just wait, I'm gonna be right
I feel like people miss the point of the "Coporations are evil" part of the show
It's supposed to be over the top because it's Elliot's perspective. We're not seeing reality, we're seeing Elliott's reality, however twisted it may be
>engaging characters and interactions
>intense plot (shit hitting the fan all the time)
>tech references/lingo done right
>Elliot actually did it, the absolute madman
It's bretty gud. Season 2 is going to be such a wild ride, can't wait.
Enjoy Gnome 3. It's shit. If you want to change a single thing, a single difference, it'll not be possible. Even some settings that used to be available in gconf are slowly being removed.
Mr robot is his dad. But his dad is dead, so the entire show is based around Elliott's imagination. It's all one big fucking dream. So basically all the times u see my robot, it's actually Elliot in other people's eyes. He and him father are the same people. :)
What? I'm a public servant and my reason behind this is because darlene is Elliott's sister. Oh shit there he goes again. Sue me, wait you can't because I'm invincible and Elliott's girlfriend gets killed by her drug dealer after he gets broken out of jail by Elliott. :) good day friend xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Watched the first series.
Like many have said, I liked the fact that they actually had most of the technology correctly represented.
But things took a complete abrupt turn in the 'twist' final couple of shows, made me switch it off half way through the final episode.
So invested in the show and they just throw in some fight club/memento 'drama'.
I wanted to see evil corp being hacked tbqh.
so i see you're blind as fuck
