700 is less horizontal space to work with, and thats never good when it comes to video editting
if they dont offer that one in 1366x768 resolution, get a different one, even a 15" Pavillion will be sufficient, as long as the resolution is 1366x768, its the most natural to true HD resolution

That should suffice, at least for small projects but for reals, I really can't recommend editing on a laptop. Get a desktop please, you'll thank me in the end.

1366x768 is the lowest resolution manufacturers dare to produce now. Get anything but 1366x768 and it will be good (display wise, not based on other components).

iMacs are light enough to bring them to Starbucks for sick video editing. If you want more portability you should consider an iPad Pro
