Pill bottles.

Mom's a diabetic and goes through a lot of them. She saves up quarters in them (usually hold $10) over time and when she sees me she gives me them for laundry. I keep the bottles for more quarters or screws or whatever. Been doing that since University.

yeah, you have to eat out the stuff first. Joke aside, you should probably look at tiny "food" containers, pretty sure they sell them empty. I just tend to collect these tiny boxes anyway, it comes handy for stuff like this.

Nowadays they're all plastic rather than having metal structures, but they're still made in USA and quite affordable.
