gcc. Run the program in cygwin or remotely using ssh. Its 2016, the year of the unix desktop has been here for a looooong time now

You can do that, it uses the gcc compiler from the mingw people i think. I just add the compiler directory to the path variable and you can run gcc from the command prompt. I only installed it just for gcc lol.
