There's not much documented on HDTV caps as it's pretty straightforward. P2P caps from ntb/ebp/don.etc will always be better than scene (raced) caps. Other than that, just use your noodle.
DIMENSION are sometimes the best source as they occasionally get pre air content but they're absolutely retarded at encoding and usually have extremely bloated releases with bad settings for little benefit.
