What's the most technologically advanced country on Earth?
Japan is a serious candidate with vending machines, bullet trains and stuff everywhere, but they still use fucking fax machines.
Fax machines are awesome
Not sure what you're on about with them. And no, not japan. They have gimmick things like heated toilet seats, cool vending machines, but their average home isn't any more advanced then America's.
ACHEIENT EGYPT NIGGA CAUZ WE WENT INTO SPACE N SHEIT SENPAI I SWEAR MAN YOU MUTHA FUCKING WHITE PEOPLE DONT KNOW YOUR HISTORY FO SHO BIX NOOD
>Technological advancement is not an objectively measurable quantity.
Difficult to say it is either America in some areas and not all areas of the US or other countries who benefit in part from America's technology.
I would say that for other areas it would be China and Taiwan which are close to each other and in which China uses a fuck ton of Taiwanese labourers for manufacturing and both do benefit from having advance technology.
Both countries manufacturer technology for the US so they benefit greatly too and they have good SMART phones known to be far superior in hardware specifications (at least for a time though) to those in Europe and US that are limited only to East Asia.
the most technologically advanced country on earth is Apple.
prove me wrong.
in terms of medical superiority its overwhelming the United States. The US has the latest and arguably the best medical program/technology in the world. If you have an incurable disease chances are the US is where it will be cured.
How the hell are there so many lights in west central Australia?
It's just sand, rocks and dead english tourists!
Only the annual massive bushfires could explain it.
The most advanced country is Bitnation, you idiots.
This is a map of minesites (significant) in Australia 2010.
There is some high-tech shit going on in that global light map and I want to know what it is.
Clearly it's the USA cause the majority of you useless daggers spend your time shit posting away, any country That can have the majority of its 18-30 year old men out of its GDP and still be as powerful it definitely the most advanced
It seems like pretty intense light, for the outback.
Is there anything to see in BotnetMaps? Or did they blurr it for us?
Google maps already have blurred it out.
Massive American military bases connected to Pine Gap looks like the strongest contender.
>JR Central aims to begin commercial service between Tokyo and Nagoya in 2027, with the Nagoya-Osaka section to be completed by 2045.
Damn, I'll be dead by then.
That tineline is out of date, Tokyo-Nagoya is now planned to complete before the olympics. No fucking clue how they will shave so much time off though.
It is up and running now for a very limited area.
You used to be able to ride it on the test track, but I think that ended when construction kicked into full gear.
different places have different things
France -> nuclear power
US -> Rockets, electric cars, AI, weapons
China -> super computers
Taiwan -> internet speed
South Korea -> starcraft
saudi Arabia -> tall buildings
Japan City -> city planning
and another million things everywhere else
India has a lot of people, lots of smart people. Yet just off the top of my head, I couldn't think of anything super cool about india. I mean, they have nukes, quite decent rockets, not good but decent. I'm not aware of any huge companies that are global facing and are based in india. They have plans to build large nuclear reactors.
I think that India will just become a super power and then overnight have all this cool shit. But they are about 10 years behind china at this point, if not more. That being said they have a whole load of different problems.
Also forgot to say, Japan has the best car engines.
Germany is the power house of europe, they have a huge amount of solar and wind power, but that's mainly because they shit the bed and didn't follow france's lead with nuclear reactors.
UK is just london and they trade stuff, nothing exciting.
Russia for a long time had best rocket engines.
South korea in seriousness has some good silicon production, and is a serious complement to Taiwan.
Australia is fuck all due to poor political leadership.
Are there any other important countries.
Brazil is making some good progress, nothing noteworthy though.
>WIndows 7 dropped
>india becomes the superpower of the world
>MFW india fucks the US good
