Mine kicks in gradually after sun set. Like it's not on fully until midnight. Then at sunrise it goe back to normal a lot faster but stil gradually. Helps my eyes because I used to get really bad headaches using a computer at night but now I don't. Might be snake oil, idk. Don't care desu.
