My ideal phone is my GS5.

heres what I need in a phone now
currently got a htc m8 but its got problems so..
similar size screen to m8 +/- 10%
decent enough specs that its responsive to use
expandable memory
decent battery life
don't care much for games on mobile, ive got Sudoku and crosswords atm and they get me through, mostly will be used for browsing the web and WhatsApp.
4g is an absolute must.
also need a headphone jack and a camera but these don't need to be particularly amazing, I'm neither audiophile or photographer.

I would be a lot happier if they just put a T9 keyboard on it and either made the keyboard slide out or just make the screen smaller.
Right now the keyboard takes up 50% of the screen anyway and it is on 90% of the time, only exception is when taking a call or watching a video.
It would not be a loss if they just went back to a functional design.
