Serious question.

How do I access IE8 stored passwords from a XP HDD that won't boot but can be read. I've tried a few things so far.

>obviously tried all the safe boots
>IEPassview and OSForensics won't work
>trying to boot the installation disk to recover XP results in a BSOD
>creating a Virtualbox VM from the HDD seems to be the closest to working, I've gotten as far as repairing the XP install but when XP tries to finish the install it flashes a BSOD due to a problem with intelppm.sys
>tried disabling intelppm.sys in the recovery console and then trying to boot

This is a work PC and there are some sensitive documents that I need to get from behind that password.
