AIMP4. Its interface is not the best even with skins, but hotkeys plus the file info pop-up are enough so you don't even have to look at it when not changing playlists.

I use either YouTube.com (try it out its a great website for streaming videos and a lot of times artists upload their songs on a vevo or something) or the window media player (for downloaded music, it's pre installed on Windows so it shouldn't be hard to find)

Currently using Winyl. It lacks any plugin support, but it handles the most common lossy and lossless formats like MP3, Vorbis and FLAC. Off the top of my head, some of the features include skinning support, Last.FM scrobbling and lyrics support.

I used foobar2000 for the longest time, but I didn't really need the plugin support. Switched to Winyl because it had slightly better memory usage and looked better out of the box.

AIMP and XMPlay are also worth looking into. I keep XMPlay around for my chiptune stuff, but the interface isn't very flexible for managing my entire audio library. It looks and functions too much like Winamp 2.
