carpal tunnel

I type onehanded as it is kicking my ass atm

I have some wrist supports at work, not helping.

What do you use to prevent CT?

Vim style key bindings. Learn them, love them. Use them in your editor and your browser and your PDF viewer.
>>
Look up a wrist/ hand stretching video on YouTube. Take a 5 minute break every hour or so and do the exercises.

This and I masturbate every 30 minutes of intense typing or every 2 hours of moderate PC use

I used to have wrist pain so bad I couldn't use a mouse more than 15 minutes at a time. Figured out just doing 30 seconds stretching every few hours was enough to make it go away permanently. I was doing streching before but I was overextending my joints by using one hand to stretch the other, this was a mistake and only made it worse. You have to use your flexor muscles to stretch your extensors and vice versa.

Anytime I even do anything to restrict my blood vessels, like putting my arms over two people (standing in a circle) my arms fall asleep.
Anytime I get up too quickly I almost faint.

I'm not fat, actually pretty much in shape, doctor said I had shit circulation, hard nuff life bros.

You might have chronic cardiovascular hypotension. I've got the same shit, and it has nothing to do with physical fitness. I've had the issue my whole life and no amount of cardio can help you. When you sit, blood pools in your legs, and normally, the vessels dilate when you stand, forcing the blood to your upper body. You may have a disorder that basically makes your vessels much more resistant to dilating, giving you perpetually low blood pressure.

Frequent breaks, make sure your wrist is at the same height as your knuckles when using a computer.
If all of that doesnt work look up one of those anti-rsi sleeves. No idea if they work tho
