just put ubuntu mate on old laptop but laptop has some decent specs has intel i3 with 4 threads and 128gb ssd i am first time linux user and im astonished at the speed

how do I get such a fast startup on Arch?
I won't use ubuntu bloatware but arch takes ages to enter the login prompt, and then I still have to manually start x and wait for that to finish.
