Speed thread? Speed thread.
Protip: You can't beat my speeds.
I mean, I have Comcast, which is garbage compared to the Fios symmetrical 150 fiber drop I used to have at my old house. (Thankfully no data caps in my area, and as far as I can see no plans to institute them either) A city about half an hour away is working on 1gb fiber done by the town electrical utility for ~$65/mo + taxes which seems pretty rad.
Of course it didn't post my picture. What was I expecting.
pls no bully my taco internet.
I'm so happy to download adobe master collection in less than three hours (8 GB).
> Can't beat my speeds.
Check again motherfucker.
Data Cap: Unlimited.
I usually get 65Mb/s but it is peak time.
I was getting 3Mbps down, and just bought a huge cable.
Feels good man.
Enjoy the download but upload is meh, might upgrade to 250/30 but would have to get a new modem. no datacaps here either, broke 1tb my first month haha
Supposed to have 7mbs and can't upgrade due to location
Canadian peso not doing to well these days.
meh it has its ups and downs.
importing goods is now more expensive, but oil barrels are sold in USD so it might stop gap the bleeding in alberta
also makes it more attractive to hire canadians and blah kind of shit.
People gonna suffer no matter what happens, increase interest rates and nudge the canadian peso up and you potentially have a housing bubble popping.
People whine and whine about shit costing so much, and the dollar , but you can smugly tell them its all offset by the increase in their house value :^)
Next year get 'upgraded' to MTM and be stuck at 25/5 for the next century
How can they even justify that in 2016?
If you're building new infrastructure, just invest in fiber at this point, if you don't you're gonna be back in 5-10 years to do it anyway.
$70+ for "unlimited high speed"
$35 for 200/20mbit here ya faggot
no caps either.. but i'm not an autist so i only use around 300gb of data a month
who even uses this? do you not know how to fix your own problems? are you stupid?
only time i've called them is to switch modems which was done in less than 5 minutes
