Cherry Blues are pretty good for long typing sessions.
Mechanical switches are far more comfortable than rubber domes (for me at least).

I love this thing! I found a box of these at work that I've hidden because the feel of it is fantastic. There's a secretary with a mechanical (not sure what switches) and I prefer the feel of this one. Don't get the lenovo 'smart' keyboard with the shortcut buttons those things feel like poop.
