While programming? It depends how I feel.
Sometimes I get so engrossed in something I just forget to eat. Since I'm underweight (44kg), that generally means someone will after some time interrupt me, bring me food, and make me eat.
If I settle down intentionally for what I know is going to be a long programming (or gaming) session, it's not uncommon for me to have sweets on hand. Boiled sweets, jelly beans, Haribo; something like that.
Alternatively, especially if it's a morning session, tea. Lots of tea. Yorkshire Gold, milk and two sugars. I may occasionally have a biscuit while taking a break. A long time ago, I used to measure how difficult a problem was by how many Kit-Kats were consumed during its solution.
Breaks are important. You need to think.
Also if you don't it'll fuck your eyes up, or your hands. LCDs aren't as bad for that as CRTs used to be, but eye strain is bad, carpal tunnel is worse.
