It isn't.
It should read 640 LTE, yours supports 3G only.
Get the LTE version online or Ask them IF they have it, that is if you plan on using 4G.
I personally set my N5 to 3G only, since I don't mind waiting 2 more seconds for a webpage and because 4G eats up battery life like crazy.

It is an american brand. They dont do advertisng to save on advertising money so they can sell their phones cheaper. Also it should work since it is unlocked.

Borrow a friends old windows phone first, try it, if you still want it that bad, still don't do it.

You should get paid to use a windows phone. I have a 920 and it's pretty awful all around except for the camera.
