> Only $400
> 0.50 cents per mhz, what a steal!
>PURCHASED BRAND NEW FOR $1,300.00 & NEVER USED.
No wonder he thinks it's still worth that much, if he'd actually experienced getting cucked by that 66 MHz bus he would have sent that thing straight to the >>>/trash/ a decade ago.
I swear to god why are craigslist people so retarded? Like, do they not proofread shit they write? If you're trying to sell something wouldn't you want to at least look a tiny bit professional? They're so entitled too, listed a game download code for $35 and guy straight up asked, "what's the cheapest you'd sell it for". Nigger, that isn't how haggling works. And then he wants to give me $15 for it the dipshit.
Because you're dealing with poorfags.
I've bought used audio gear, monitors etc. from people in different forums and it's a nice experience, you usually already kind of know the seller and they try and keep a reputation in the forum because forums are a serious business.
Hehe, I forgot about this shitbox some guy linked to me a while ago, unsurprisingly it's still up.
Just bought a higher-end Precision cousin of this system from a recycler for $5 with dual E5450s.
Dude's probably some geriatric who doesn't use computers enough to realize how much they deprecate and thinks of them the same way he thinks of cars, where as long as it turns on it will get you from point A to point B just fine, or he's one of those "I have no idea about computers but I watched American Pickers once and I think relative rarity = big bucks" types.
Tech illiterates on CL are a mixed bag, some of them are like this or others will sell you pretty good old shit for a song just to get rid of it.
CL sellers are mostly low-rent redneck trash trying to make a quick buck off of pure shit
Shiiit, I thought all the coppermine-128s ran 66 MHz FSBs, that's not too bad then.
> I have sold or used these CPUs from 17$s a pair to price going downward. Now I thought I will offload all because I am running short of time. You can search for stepping and you will get the processor details.
>Intel Dual Core Xeon 5160 3.0GHZ/4MB/1333MHz SLABS Qty 3
>Were Used in Mac Pro 1.1 (Ist Gen)
>Intel Dual Core Xeon 5160 3.0GHZ/4MB/1333MHz SL9RT Qty 9
>Can be Used in Mac Pro 1.1 (Ist Gen)
I can literally go get them in 5-10 minutes right now
Shame LGA771 motherboards are garbage
My Core2 era workstations have pretty decent feature sets and options, ample expansion and compatiblity, pretty good build quality. decent power supplies. What more could you want from such a system?
>Shame LGA771 motherboards are garbage
Then put it in a 775 motherboard. You can use a 771 CPU in a 775 board.
Oh dear sweet jesus
This shit is TOO good to make up.
Ya'll niggas better call Bolo next time ya'll shit get fucked up.
Just tell the guy you'll take 50 dollars or report him to the RIAA for pirated movies.
I just sold a ten dollar gaming headset of cuckslist for 40 dollars. The buyer had a Tapout tattoo on his throat and his car had a giant flats teen and ps4 in it so I think he went on a craigslist buying spree to make a battlestation
Loool dude the xps 720. I had one when I was in highschool and I bought it so I could play stalker and download tons of ero. It was huge and weighed a million pounds and had a super thick aluminum armor suit like a knight. I sold mine for 100 dollars to a pawn shop
>plays minecraft at over 1000fps
How come they don't make shit with that translucent plastic anymore? It's so cool.
now it's all about minimalism
not like it's bad, i enjoy modern aesthetics
anyway, some of "them" still do make shit with that transculent plastic.
done some niggering tech illiterate / straight out dumb people overseas myself, always used an internet phone (they give minutes trials dont even have to pay or give personal info) it's a pretty viable "job" if you know what to do.
AMD shit is impossible to find until like 3 years after its launched.
I dont know why but once people get them they tend to keep them.
You can find almost any Nvidia card instantly.
My craigslist ad isn't ridiculous, is it /g/?
This is like the most transparent ad ever, all the information is RIGHT there.
I kept my ATI HD4890 2GB until a year ago when i got a AMD HD7970 ghz for $100. Will upgrade to whatever AMD's top end 14nm shit is when it comes for 1440p 144hz.
Not craigslist, but local alternative.
Guy trying to sell a locked imac for $600.
HD 1tb = $60, 256gb = $80 , 128 GB = $100
Ram = $160
GFX = $600 * 2
CPU = $600 + $100 Cooling
PSU = $320
Motherboard = $500
Total = $3520 given 6 months he might have spent $4k.
The motherboard is shit, prone to failures and costs way to much. It comes with some bullshit "OC" panel that tacks on $250. The hard drives are shit he went as cheap as he could go and low capacity. And the PSU is both overkill / way to much money / not reliable at the same time.
Link to the motherboard he bought:
Can't buy even an ancient thinkpad for under $100 fuck this country
Very transparent. That wealth of info and the discounts you show on there should convince plebs to think it's hot shit and go for it. I really think you should install an operating system and some basic programs (anti-virus, office programs) if you want this thing to sell fast though. You want to attract Plebs who what hot shit but can't be arsed to figure things out themselves. Otherwise, this add is gonna attract /g/tards like us who know the value of this shit and will jew out on you. Plebs won't know how to buy and install Windows and it looks like a lot of hassle to them. Pirate Windows 7 or something and make this thing plug and play.
craigslist type page from my school
>replacing the motherboard makes the price go up 59 dollars
how can one person be this delusional

12-Core 3.46ghz Westmere upgrade = $1200 (OWC costs $1899)

took a quick look at her profile and found this
it's all the photo/art kids, sure I appreciate not being in a school that's 80% male but they are some of the dumbest people I've met

My brother got that phone like a month before Firefox OS got discontinued. Pretty depressing. It's a really neat device. Is there any sort of terminal/ssh thing you can put on it? That alone would make it worth carrying around.
my laptop can get up to 600-700 hz on mineccraft when its plugged in, and its mid tier so I would bargain a guess that it is possible/not to uncommon
but thats just my two cents im no tech wizz
all good except
>new low low price of 300!
people like you that overprice their old nvidia cards make me sick. there are NEW cards that are cheaper and perform better than so many bullshit overpriced used nvidia cards
AMD's new GPUs are already confirmed on Samsung's 14nm fabs.
I am set on CPU for a few years with my Xeon E5-2670 v3 ES.
Should I go for it? What's the worst that could happen?
it could be an iPhone 6 in s 6S box. It might also be iCloud locked.
If you can get the serial no or IMEI, check https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/ to see if it's locked.
SN/IMEI are printed on the bottom of the SIM tray, in Settings/General/About, or if the phone is on the "Hello" (Pre-set up) screen, tap the "i" in the corner.
