it's not the same, you can't install x86-video-vesa, mesa e.t.c. There aren't such packages in debian repositories, well they are there but with a different name. Seems like nobody ever wrote such a precise and complete guide like Archlinux has. Arch users literally can copy every command from wiki and don't have to know shit about linux.
I actually use my machine for work and can't be bothered by learning all that linux stuff that's not straight related to my work, it's just a waste of time. In the same time I want to have a 'meme' environment everyone on 4chan has. So if anybody knows a guide to make 'minimal' install of debian It would be nice.

obviously bash can do that, but you can do more stuff with zsh
for example, I don't think bash lets you have stuff on the right side of the terminal
I also don't think it can do stuff like this
zsh can autocorrect simple spelling mistakes, it's pretty handy
and the autocompletion is way better, not only does it work for commands and filenames, but also most program's arguments can be autocompleted as well

I switched to zsh a few months into using bash out of pure curiosity and it's pretty much the first thing I install on a fresh system now. I couple it with oh-my-zsh for the preinstalled aliases as well. Prompt has git integration, bunch of themes setup for tweaking, and the auto correction is fantastic.
