Bullshit. Just install XP without any SPs, the later ones will install without any problems even with that key.

Hell no. Back in the late 2000s if you were clued in you would either use a clean MSDN ISO or TinyXP. Since TinyXP hasn't been updated since 2011 (RIP eXPerience), you use an MSDN ISO if you need Windows XP today.
