Yes, Javascript is Turing Complete, hence any application that could be written CAN be written in HTML5 + Javascript.

If you had a much more powerful computer, then of course you could write WoT, or any other shitty p2w mmo with it.

Javascript is shitty for application development, and has woeful performance, but it's still possible to do anything you want in it.

Eh, that's kind of a worthless statement.

Javascript is contained entirely within the browser. You can't write Microsoft Office in Javasscript, no matter how hard you tried. You'd never have access to the full file system, for example.

"Turing Complete" doesn't mean you can make any application in 2016.

Only because system libraries are written in C/C++. There's no inherent limitation to Javascript that requires you to write it in the browser. And ASM.js can be statically compiled to pure machine code, with no dependency on a browser or even v8.
