There's some freetard shit on F-Droid but I'm too lazy to switch from Poweramp.
>It handles folder view so damn well when you set it up correctly
>Use Apollo, vanilla music player or another player
>a song in an album magically declares independence and shows as a separate album with 1 song
>album art disappears for some songs in the same album for no reason whatsoever
I don't even
I asked last week. Someone suggested Phonograph and I've liked it so far. I only care about playing my MP3 and FLAC files, so YMMV.
I tried Poweramp, but I found it to be ugly and fucky. I forget what it did, maybe something overreaching with my Bluetooth connection? Something it did was weird and bothered me...
Oh, I remembered what it was. My headphone port is going out on me. When I tried plugging my headphones directly into the phone, Poweramp kept interpreting the signal loss and reinsertion as commands. So it would skip to the next track and stuff like that.
None of my other media players do that.
>The Two Towels OST
Is this supposed to be a kickback to 13 years ago?
Also, why are people insisting that Winamp 2.75 precisely is "the best"? What's worse with the later 2.x versions (afaik went all the way up to 2.95b)?
>I'm so new I've never seen a domain go offline
It doesn't need improvement when it does everything it should.
But yes, I also switched, but Winamp will forever be remembered.
I even use the Winamp keys in foorbar (Z-pre,X-play,C-pause etc)
Change the way it's sorted then.
Hierarchy is perfect and does what it's meant to do.
