i use vlc player everyday to watch nicaraguan steelworking cartoons. but for some reason when i played a file the sound went warbley, like one of those linux tutorial videos that are recorded with fucking cell-phones. now its that was with any sound i play on my computer what the fuck is happening?

btw: winshit 10 because i live in shitty germany

Check to make sure audio drivers are up to date and the correct one is installed. I had this issue at wondows 10 launch and it was an audio driver issue. Should be fixed by now.

butting in to post a question, when i power off my computer, (unless i hold the button down until it shuts off.) the light shuts off but i can still hear it running
