Does an image like this harm my monitor?
>>
Why would it harm your monitor?
>>
>>52358684
It seems... corrosive. Like sharp in a way that makes the light diodes bleed while scrolling.
>>
>>52358670
Probably, yes, but if you have a 1080p monitor the harm is already done and there's nothing you can do about it, your monitor lifespan was shortened by a couple years
>>
>>52358670
On my phone it has a really weird effect as I zoom in and out.

>>

Nah, ayase

Needless to say I didn't care much for how things worked out
>>
>>52360059
I mean it could be.

You know where you make a monitor hum by using black and white lines?
If you did that you might be able to fk with a bad connection and fix it
>>
>>52358974
Probably the moire effect. it happens any time you have lines or dots at fidelity similar to the display device.

I think OP is more directly asking if pixels with high contrast relative to each other, and placed near each other, will cause strain and break the pixels.

The answer is without a doubt no. Pixels have no relation to a muscle, and work independently from one another. However, if an image of poor matching resolution to the monitor, when the program showing the image tries to accommodate for the mismatching spaces, the dithering and colour/brightness adjustment will look strange. The patterns also are prone to visibly flicker.

If you open an image editor and zoom in, you'll find that this is a very normal image, and that your question was quite ignorant. Alternatively, I'm 50% sure this was bait. In which case, sage.

Sage anyways desu.
>>
So this crashed my browser when I expended the image for 5 seconds.
>>
Kind of related, but does amyone know why certain patterns can cause monitors to coil whine? I have a graph somewhere that even change the pitch when I resize it.

Not sure if it's actually the image that did it, but I'm saving it.

I can't understand why Neko or Ayasefags exist, less why they're insulted by the ending.

>MY LITTLE SISTER CAN'T BE THIS CUTE

That's the title of the anime you're watching.

>MY
>LITTLE
>SISTER

Nigga-- what in the fuck were you expecting?

What the fuck is happening to my monitor guys
