AMD have begun shipping Polaris GPUs
2 different Polaris chips and 4 different GPUs found
I clearly see 4 GPUs here. Are you blind or illiterate?
At least 4 cards are confirmed so far
1 die shrink full GPU with HBM
1 die shrink cut down GPU with HBM
1 die shrink full GPU GPU non-HBM
1 die shrink cut down GPU non-HBM
That covers all of the high end and enthusiast cards.
The lower end will probably be filled by cheaper 28nm cut down tonga chips IE R9 380 as R9 460.
Alright , I'll take the bait on this one.
HD 7950 = R9 280
R9 285 = R9 380
285 was new
7950 was new.
The card that got the longest re-brand is the R9 370, which is a shittier R7265/7850. Three series, but people buying at that tier deserve a re-brand. Git schooled.
It's funny that we've been on 28nm for so long that the memes have now successfully applied to both manufacturers. Holy shit why is 14nm taking so long, they should break in and steal intels manufacturing plant already.
Ok what is this 14nm bullshit. I am about to build a rig and will buy sapphire r9 390.
Should i WAIT???
What is this WAITING bullshit what are we waiting for. What will 14nm improve? More fps? Cheaper previous gen cards?

Should've just saged it
