No problems with the size, it's about as big as every other phone these days

Mine works great. I have windows 10 technical preview on it. Microsoft has finally started the cross platform integration they promised. I missed a call the other day and the missed call immediately came up as a notification on my laptop as I was working and gave me the option to send a text or ignore it.

There is no such thing as privacy anymore. Its really at the point that some of you should realize it and get over it. Only way to do it is to live completely off the grid and even then they will keep an eye you since it will seem like you are up to something.
