But if you are looking for every race and every gender to have a completely equal percentage of representation in tech, you no longer want equal opertunity. You want to force equal out come. >ignoring all negative aspects of equal outcome, how can we promote it. Go to the colleges and force the students into degree plans for the tech industry. Take the freedom of choice from them and tell them that because the generations of the past did not choose to equally diversify their majors to the social standards of today that their freedom of choice is here by moot and you have to become qualified to work in the stem fields that need more diversity in order to appease the falsity that is social justice.
