If anyone is feelin down, come in here and feel better about yourself.
Also, can anyone explain this shit?
Also, speed test thread i guess.
>not living in 3rd world
Dunedin is where the Toronto Blue Jays have spring training, and where the Blue Jays Class-A minor league affiliate is located. They are a much smaller city, yet they have far better internet speeds. Understand?
I don't know, that looks pretty third world to me family
Since most users spend much more time downloading (which includes viewing web pages or multimedia files) than they do uploading, high speed Internet providers have designed their systems to give priority to downloading. So if your upload speed appears to be slower than your download speed, this is probably expected.
that's pretty sad desu senpaitachi.
I regularly see 7-10MB/s
I'm not complaining, this is far better than my shit <3Mbps I had a month ago.
I pay for 30 down. Fucking eaglecom, i get 15 on a good day, at least I don't have a datacap.
>get letter from ISP saying they're upgrading me to 200mb/s for no extra cost
>was on 180mb/s
feels good, uploads a bit low but I don't upload stuff
Poor OP not having a superior bandwidth like me, 100kb/s down and 20kb/s up.
Isn't it great to live with DSL1k that isn't even full DSL1k because the village I live in is so fucking far away?!
>Be in Denmark
>The situation is the opposite
>Some shitty fucking village with like 500 residents in the middle of god knows where gets gigabit connection
>Larger cities are stuck with VDSL or COAX

Sadly there's no other connection faster than this available for me. The apartment complex I live in is old as fuck (nearing 100yrs or so) and the wiring is archaic as fuck. I could actually get fibre up to my building, but the internal wiring prevents me to get any actual use out of it. Oh well, I pay like 13eur/mo for this connection so it's not so bad.
