OP here, I followed the advice posted here but unfortunately I don't own a mobile phone or a landline, I think they're largely unnecessary in my case as I rarely need to use a phone.

Had to ask my neighbors (whom I don't know very well) if they could lend me their phone and a computer with flash installed, to which they agreed hesitantly, once I was in the phone with the pizza hut representative I got into an argument about how using flash on their website makes things much harder for me and other people who don't want to risk their computers by using a security hazzard like flash, the representative somehow got mad or thought this was some kind of joke and hung up the phone, I'm not sure if my order is going to arrive or not. god fucking dammit.
