While you could do quite a bit better on used market, this card should do the trick, altough i'd go for 750ti or 950 if psu is on the weak side.

If psu ain't half bad go used (if you're ok with used) r9 270, 280.
280 would be quite a beast should be a bit over 100 but it would also be quite a bit more powerful.

It's thirsty tho, so if you're on a sub 450w psu drop that down to r9 270 or either gtx 750(ti preferably) or gtx 950.

why do you have that computer?

750ti is listed on newegg for $129.99, should be versatile enough and get driver updates for a while.

check to see if your PSU has a spare 4 or 6 pin connector (it doesn't look like it does). if it doesn't then the 750ti is definitely a good choice as it only requires power from the PCI slot (fact check that before you buy).

The 250X is a rebranded 7770. I'm not seeing any low profile 250Xs, though, only the slower 250 at the same price as that 7770.

Here you go OP. Low profile video card under $100. Low power consumption too so no extra pcie power needed. It gets all it's power from the pcie slot itself.

For unmodded Oblivion and older games, the 730 should be enough to push decent settings/fps.

I only recommended gt 730 because price, power, and LP. They make an r7 250 (nonX) for $93 and LP as well on newegg. If OP doesn't care about closing the case and will just lay it down with the side off, he can get whatever fullsized GPU within his budget/power supply can handle.

Not sure if theres already been a debate but you can find 750ti <$100 pretty easily. I just got an OC'd version with 2GB for ~$95 new to put in my gf's pc. Newest "demanding" game she has is probably FO4 or MGSV and it gets a respectible 40+fps on medium-high. I feel like I've seen people talk about getting them on BF for like $70 or so
