How often do you defrag your ssd /g/?

Based on my workloads I only have to defrag once a month, where I had to defrag my old hdd once a day.
>>
I don't. I use ext4, not your faggy ntfs

Hahahah haha haha, hahahaha hahaha ha hahha hahahhaha ha hahahahahah. Hahahaha: hahahaha haha hahahah; hahaha hah haha haha. ,,Hahahahhaha hahaha hahah", Hahaha hahahah. Haha hahaha hahahaha. Ha hahaha hahahahaha hahaha.
>>
ssd doesn't need defraging. Never will.

I defrag my SSD at least once a day to make sure my most used files are positioned on the outer circle of the disk ; )

ext fragments too, and when it runs its periodical check it defrags. You now, that's when it blabbers about "non-contiguous blocks".

Once a day, keeps it nice and fresh, evens out the ware on the disk
>>
I defrag my ssd every time I download more ram.

Reasons people defragment SSDs (and no, it isn't useful):
>They use windows and forgot to disable scheduled defragmentation
>They're acting like retards in search of attention
>>
>>52226896
noatime,ssd,space_cache,autodefrag,compress=lzo

does this count? pls respond
>>
>>52229903
windows (10) skips ssds in scheduled defrags
>>
>>52229109
awoo~
>>
>>52227661
Only when the file system reaches maximum capacity for a partition, typically somewhere around the ~85% mark (rough estimate because this highly depends file sizes and such). However, >>52226950 was right when he said *he* doesn't defragment his file system. The OS does it for him when it's really needed. If we're not talking about SSDs, of course... OP is an idiot.
