Does anyone know what those little characters that you can have walk around on your desktop are called? I've seen a Miku one here before, you can move her around and pick her up with your mouse. I can't remember what the fuck they're called for the life of me.

I do not really understand the point in ricing. How often do you even see your wallpaper? Generally I'll have a web browser full screen on one monitor and watch something on the other.
