It was a 27" monitor. My eye level was around 3/4th from the bottom going up. I would normally tilt the screen up slightly, and it would be rather comfortable.

Yes, I think it's Ultra-Wide SCSI. I bought it in the mid 90s for about $12k. It was a dev environment for COBOL software I was working on for a much larger system. Nowadays it's all working on MPE/ix virtual machines or being rewritten. Not my problem.
