What are the browser requirements?
Steam Broadcasting is currently supported by the latest versions of the following browsers:
>gaben hates open technology.
That's not the problem, the problem is that you can't use Gecko without also using XULRunner, and fucking nobody wants to use XULRunner.
Mozilla's upcoming Servo engine on the other hand can be embedded in applications written in other languages and UI toolkit. Mark my words: the moment Servo becomes even remotely usable, Mozilla's popularity with the software development community will suddenly jump.
its already over, they couldn't capitalize on all their search engine jewgold, expanded into irrelevant markets like phones and operating systems and left their main market to rot
there is always hope.. i would consider using firefox if the matured the fuck up with their release schedule and offered a minimal, modular version so I can turn off all the bloat
I wonder how steam is going to deal with this. Hours after the realease and we already got porn and movie streaming.
>streaming raw video
It's marked as 5000kbps ot 5Mbps here
>playing with gaymen
>not working on your startup idea
I would gladly take back trayboon Martin, brown mike, and Oscar grant just so you can take their place. All gaymers are degenerate faggots and have homosexual tendencies on top of being genetically inferior to everyone else who doesn't play video gaymes religiously.
>tfw bad at starcraft and don't play online because I can't even beat the computer
>but they work on much more than that
Nope, they don't work at all. They let their shit-eating fans do all of the work for them and then profit off of that work.
All Valve really has to do is make sure their servers are turned on and that Gabe is fed.
How else will valve 'accidentally' grab your browsing history and give you tracking cookies if they allow a browser with addons to prevent that?
Considering your average steam user is a complete fucking retard, I guess it makes sense.
>tfw can't stream for shit.
I just want to show the world my short soviet animations.
