My public tracker stats suck, but it's often because my download speed is great but my upload speed is godawful. Everything I torrent is being uploaded far quicker from someone else. Generally I'll leave it running after it finishes but it often goes inactive after an hour tops.
Any private tracker torrents I force to stay active until at least 2.0, unless it's a quiet torrent which I'll leave indefinitely.

I seed because I'm happy to help others and have very high upload speeds for some reason. I also don't live in a shit hole where people are going to come after me for torrenting something.

I just leave a low power NAS on to download and seed my shit and rarely remove anything from it.

What.cd is the only tracker I've been on where maintaining a proper ratio means downloading a bunch of free leech fluff torrents just to increase your odds of actually uploading anything.

You literally have to seed season packs forever on BTN to bump the userclasses. I'm not saying BTN system ain't working because hell man, every season of every show is always seeded so no dying out torrents really.

It goes against having a seedbox, you cannot simply have space on it to gain bonus on BTN... but with What.cd you can just pick freeleech and wait for a littile time then you won't be needing to care for ratio.

Just saying every tracker has its issues and PTP abuse the freeleech system.. way too much there...

but at least non of them are pay 2 leech and quailty is great on all of them.
