Post your best Craigslist finds.
That's what I thought, but it was an older guy and he was actually pretty knowledgeable about oscilloscopes when I was talking to him.
I got a copy of CS6 Production Premium (working, valid license, it's installed on my machine right now) for $1.50. Camelcamelcamel says that the bundle sold on Amazon for an average of $1,762.71 before Adobe replaced it with Creative Cloud, so I got it for less than a thousandth of its original price.
Fuck off. It's an overpriced, shitty keyboard on Craigslist. What's notable about that?
If you have that model of TV, and it's fried somehow with a functional display, that would be a good deal. Obviously the owner was hoping someone in that situation would find the ad. Unlikely, but possible.
should I pull the trigger?
T420 for $250, should I go for it?
that'd have to a fucking good CPU and motherboard to warrant $600
brand new 4690K and decent motherboard is like what, $350-400? that case looks shitty
the PSU isn't worth anywhere near $200-250
jesus chill the fuck out.
i could type electronics. or mechanical keyboards, or thinkpads, or whatever. there are a billion things to search for. i'm curious as to what search terms /g/ monitors for cool shit when they're not actually looking for anything specific.
Do multiple searches
For my laptop I search T420, but some people don't put the number so other searches can be, thinkpad, 420, whatever other combo you could imagine people fuck up
he has all the right to be on a high horse when pointing out an extremely inconvenient and ass backwards way to take a screenshot. By telling him to get off the high horse you're basically saying doing things in more intelligent ways is bad. You're dumb.
>mfw I work with the VP of the PLM organization on a daily basis
>not wanting a CUSTOM SONY PC that was ahead of its time
>not wanting ADDED RAM FOR SPEED
Seems like it would take too much effort to really be worth it. You'd be paying $150 for a shell that you'd have to gut and then heavily modify to fit modern components.
I mean, the problem is it's probably not a referenced size mobo, and then you also have to deal with gutting the LCD and replacing with something more appropriate.
u wot m8? i'm sure you just haven't found such websites in your country. at the very least you have ebay and newspaper classifieds. in sweden we have blocket.se and more specialized websites such as sweclockers.com where people buy/sell/trade computer components.
