Should the user enter the characters one by one, or enter them all at once? What are "special symbols"? Should 7 and 8 modify the array itself or just output it differently? How are the steps supposed to be repeated?

taking a different professor for next semester's class and going to start self teaching, his ratemyprofessor rating is 1.5/5

this is a simple program.

I am really new to CS, taking my first semester of it.

I had to miss last weeks lab for something important, and can't make it up until tomorrow.

each lab we do covers the next assignment we do, basically.

My professor explains things in a very confusing manner and it's difficult to learn a lot from him.

Just the difference from my graduate student lab instructor and my professor teaching is ridiculous.

I guess I have no choice but to self-teach.
