Hey guys, I'm going to make my first proper battlestation and I need some tips.
Looking for a decent monitor that can tilt, pivot, and turn into Portrait.

I have thick rug where my battlestation is and obviously it's not good for a computer. What do you use to solve this problem? My final resort is cardboard.

I own all the tools already and build everything in my garage, kind of limited to what a circular saw can do since I didn't have room for a table saw, miter saw, router table, bench planer here in Japan. Check with local vocational schools, a lot of them will rent out shop time to build stuff.

It's the HD650 (also tried it with the HD600

It powers them as loud as you would need but I have heard a Bravo Audio Ocean on the HD650 and the extra power really opened them up, I was most impressed, dacs the best part of the D1, I'm looking to upgrade tho to a Darkvoice or Bottlehead, it's one of the better dac/amp combos in its price range.

I'd say you be better of with Schiit stack or O2 combo.

Bracing like that would still allow for a lot of wobble.

For something sturdy, you'll at least need skirting or some kind of diagonal bracing or solid panel to keep it from twisting around.
