How can 95% of business software be so total crap?
>>62067289
>excepting people to put their soul into something called "business software"
>Used to work for a big corp, they had Accenture come in and implement SAP everything... A lot of big guns from Accenture actually made the switch to work for our corp and then would keep hiring Accenture consultants instead of building an in house expertise.
>Department I work in is merged with SAP deployment team and have to start working with them. Called themselves "digital business analyst", "professional system integration analyst" or some other BS title.
>Scrums were basically a roll call of which offshore resource was working on what bug, while onsite consultants were playing around with their dicks.
>From what I saw their M.O. was always the same:
-Come up with an analysis showing SAP will bring X profits and Y benefits to Z department while any junior could see it's 95% based on BS. I guess people just stop caring after they time and time again failed to live up to the promised ROI and management keeps pushing it.
-Get the least business and technical requirements from Z department.
-Descope most of the features due to lack of time or due to excessive complexicty
-Descope even more
-Descope again for good mesure
-Develop a solution that only works for the best case scenario
-Go live, catastrophic failure ensue since the solution isn't design to handle exceptions and non-happy path processes
-Ask for more money to develop out of scope "features" and make solution viable to a minimum
-Every bug is put in a "parking lot", which means it's never going to be fixed until they get more money to work on them
-At the end of the project the parking lot is bigger then what was actually build
-Walk away from mess
-Rinse and repeat

Idol trash here.
I have a shitstack, but I've been using the Fulla 2 as a test for a few days.
HD600 sounds good with it, indistinguishable from Magni2 unless at top volume (past 3 o'clock) where it'll distort just a little with compressed music (but it's also too loud, so who cares!). I find that most of the time, on the Fulla2, I keep volume below 12 o'clock anyway.
The Fulla2 ($99) is what I'd recommend for maximum value/money, due to its specs and functionality.
Hey comp.sci student here, I was looking for a new laptop and it reminded me how inflated macbooks are, what do you think?
Studying CompSci in a university is a big waste of time,
Enjoy your garbage screen and nigger tier build quality.
Because mac users have more money than brains. Also you should consider getting a used T420 instead and building a mini-ITX PC for home usage. Whenever you need desktop performance you can just teamviewer into your desktop through wifi.

This is how my db is set up:
>two user type tables with a foreign key to user_info table
>two types of businesses with a foreign key to business_info table
My issue is, how do I manage one (or more) business manager? Should I use the primary key from user_info or one of the two user type tables?
I'm working on an alternative for 4Chan, any features you would like? It will probably be on the deep web cause I'm poor as fuck. It will probably be mostly un-censored, minus things like cp, snuff (If it's cartoon gore, then sure. not real snuff) and any other content that violates US laws. If the website ever gets bigger than I can control my self, I will make some users admins. If it gets beyond me and my admins, I may just sell it to somebody under certain conditions (keep the base idea of the site). You can post completely anonymously but you can also sign up if you want more control over your posts. Also, posts can use either HTML or some other Markup language (Maybe a custom flavor of Github Markup or bbCode). Reply with any features I should add.

What are your experiences with female geeks? Have you ever met a woman like pic related?
If you find a woman who acts like a male nerd who is wholly engaged in niche things on anything but a "topical" level, she's damaged goods.
I'm also saying that men who do this are damaged goods, so shut up.
I got into an argument with a woman who was a CS graduate and worked at a tech company in Austin. She wanted to argue over my idea to have two factor authenticated voting machines for some fucking reason. I think she wanted my dick even though she was married

>tfw vr kanojo was the only game actually worth playing
Been following VR since the DK1 days and picked up the Vive. The fact that a sex simulator featuring a high quality asian waifu was the best experience I could find really shows the lack of quality games there are right now. There was simply nothing fun enough to justify the cost. I returned it back to Amazon days before my time limit was up.
I bought and played so many games, even coop ones with a friend. Found out they were all shit within hours. Maybe I'll buy it again at the discounted price assuming Skyrim will have knuckle controller support and won't burn a hole in my wallet. Maybe next year.. what a disappointment.

Is there such a thing as a job filling captchas?
bots can fill out captchas so your job position is already replaced
Yes, all 4chan users already have the job of filling CAPTCHAs in every post.
Must please goyim
>>62066215
Yes. There are literally farms of people in 3rd world countries doing this. The company sets up an API where you can send the CAPTCHA, a person (or persons) look at it and reply to the API with the result. You pay pennies (or less) per captcha solve.
I'm building a (very) budget gaming pc. I bought a Ryzen 1200 instead of a 1300x. How much did I fuck up?
I heard you can overclock the 1200 to 1300x speed but I have never overclocked and it all seems rather risky. This is my first build after all. Should I return the 1200 and buy a 1300x?
>>62066017

just overclock it

You did well. Just upgrade to 8-core Zen+ a few years down the road.
